What we collect
When you request a quote, send an enquiry or contact us, we collect the details you provide:
- Name and company
- Email address and phone number
- EU VAT number (for business orders)
- Delivery details and your message
- Artwork/logo files you upload for your order
We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data (e.g. pages visited) to keep the site working and improve it. Ordering is quote-based and there is no online payment, so we do not collect payment-card information on this website.
How we use it
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry, prepare and confirm quotes, produce and deliver your order, and keep you updated about it. The legal bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and performing the contract when you place an order.
Who we share it with
We share your details only with the suppliers and partners needed to produce and deliver your order (for example, to print your logo or ship your goods). We do not sell your personal data or share it for unrelated marketing.

Data retention & security
We keep enquiry and quote data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. Where you place an order, we keep the related records — including invoices — for as long as the law requires (in Croatia, accounting records are kept for the statutory retention period). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure.
